With over 20+ years’ experience as an architect, Will has held a number of senior roles with a focus on improving the quality of the design and construction industry.

Will is currently a director of Enframe Consulting Ltd, providing design management advice to clients and architects.  Prior to this, Will worked at Foster & Partners and Make Architects, before gaining valuable insight as a client for Lend Lease and then LOCOG, leading on design development.  As one of the practice directors for architecture at Atkins Plc, he developed his expertise in this multidiscipline organisation; and, most recently, as design director at the contractor, Wates Construction, he was responsible for integrating design into the construction process improving construction outcomes and reducing risk.
