We recognise you might not be able to contact us about the retention fee during normal office hours. To help, we have extended some of our opening hours in December.
13 – 17 December 8.30am – 6.00pm
24 December 8.30am – 3pm
We are closed from 25 December 2021 and will be re-opening on 4 January 2022. Online payments will be open until 31 December 2021.
We are anticipating high demands of contact related to the retention fee and applications for certificates and EU queries due to the EU Transition period
To help us, the most efficient way of contacting us is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can deal with most requests this way. We can also arrange call backs as necessary, and may need to do this during very busy periods.
Please note, we will not be able to speak about the progress of applications that are within the system (15 working days from application for registration, 10 working days for certificates). If you have made an application within this period, you do not need to contact us.
