Extended opening hours (2022)
We recognise you might not be able to contact us about the retention fee during normal office hours. To help, we have extended some of our opening hours in December.
19 – 22 December 8.30am – 5.30pm
23 December 9am – 3pm
We are closed from 3pm on 23 December 2022, re-opening at 9am on 3 January 2023. Online payments will be open until 31 December 2022.
We are anticipating high demands of contact related to the retention fee and applications.
To help us, the most efficient way of contacting us is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can deal with most requests this way. We can also arrange call backs as necessary, and may need to do this during very busy periods.
Please note, we will not be able to speak about the progress of applications that are within the system (15 working days from application for registration, 10 working days for certificates). If you have made an application within this period, you do not need to contact us.
