Biography
Gail has an extensive background in education, professional leadership and regulation. She is currently Director of Education at the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and a lay chair for education quality assurance at the General Optical Council. She was previously Executive Director of Education at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and a Pharmacy Dean within the NHS. She has led on the development of professional postgraduate curricula and has published on a range of educational topics including competence assessments, mentoring and role analysis.
