Andrew Lewis is a barrister who started his career as a solicitor engaged in civil litigation. He practised at the bar for 30 years, largely in criminal work and sat as a deputy district judge from 2003 to 2020. He still sits as a tribunal judge (First Tier Mental Health) and is now a legally qualified chair and legal assessor at the regulators set out below.
