Peter spent nearly forty years as a regulator with the Health & Safety Executive, latterly as Chief Inspector of Buildings leading the new Building Safety Regulator, and as an Executive Director responsible for HSE’s regulation of the high-risk construction sector. Peter also sits as a Presiding Justice and Magistrate in the Greater Manchester Criminal Courts, and is a lay member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Regulatory Tribunal.
