Euan Geddes
Euan is an experienced architect, having worked in both the public and private sectors for over 25 years. He is currently a member of the in-house team of experts in the buildings and property group at HKA.
Prior to this, Euan was a director of ADF Architects for over 17 years with extensive experience as a job-running architect, responsible for the design and delivery of commissions throughout the UK. His experience ranges from architectural appointments to feasibility studies, scheme designs, statutory approvals, production information, detailed specification and report writing.
Euan has completed an LLM course in Construction Law and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He sits on both the Council and Contracts Committee of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS), provides practice support to RIAS members through RIAS Practice Services and is an accredited adjudicator. Euan also sits on the board and committee of the Scottish Building Contracts Committee (SBCC).
Euan is a Professional Practice Examiner with Architects’ Professional Examination Authority in Scotland and has lectured on Building Regulations at the Universities of Strathclyde and Dundee.
