Caroline is a chartered accountant and barrister, specialising in regulation, with a focus on tax and professional services. She is currently a senior adviser in regulatory policy at ICAEW, and was previously a Director in Regulatory Affairs and Trade at PwC. She has served on the both the ICAEW’s Conduct Committee and Regulatory Board, has experience as a Policy Adviser at the Office for Tax Simplification, and is currently a member of the Regulatory Policy Committee.
