3. Appointment of a Temporary Lay Board Member
i. To appoint a Temporary Lay Member onto the Board.
ii. To agree that the new Temporary Lay Board Member should join the People Committee.

4. Approval of the Registration Appeals Fee/Exceptional Waiving of the UK Adaptation Assessment Fee
i. To approve the fee for registration appeals.
ii. To agree, on an exceptional basis, to waive the UK Adaptation Assessment fee for those individuals who volunteer to take part in the pilot of the assessment process.

5. Any Other Business
To raise any other business (members are asked to notify the Chief Executive and Registrar by 5pm on 23 March 2023 of any points they wish to raise)
