To consider and agree the redesignation of the Senior Independent Board Member.
9.Business Plan 2025
To approve the Business Plan for 2025.
10. Board and Committees Briefing and Development Plan 2025
To discuss and agree the approach and plans for Board and Committee members’ briefing and development in 2025.
11. Appointment of Existing Board Members as Temporary Board members
To consider and agree precautionary plans for the temporary appointment of two existing Board Members in the event this is required in late February 2025
