Jetinder is a former HM Government lawyer and has a long history in regulatory law including the SRA, ACCA, FRC, NMC, and most recently chairing MPTS/GMC panels as a legally-qualified chair. He also currently sits in a number of jurisdictions as a tribunal judge.
