The Registration team endeavour to complete applications well within these lead times and ahead of schedule. However, this may not always be possible at busier times of the year.
If there are any queries regarding your application, the Registration team will contact you for any points of clarification. This may also delay processing, depending on what is required.
The team will always email you on your personal email address if necessary. Otherwise, there is no need to get in touch with us.
Once your application has been completed, you’ll receive an email to your personal email address, with important information setting out your professional responsibilities. This will include information on the Code of Conduct, the process of investigating any breaches of the Code, and the requirements of CPD. You’ll also receive your PDF Registration Certificate.
As we only communicate via email, you should ensure that you routinely check and update your details using your MyARB profile, and do not unsubscribe from our emails. You should also check your email provider does not divert emails, as you may miss important updates.
