ARB’s sponsoring Government department is the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). ARB and MHCLG have agreed a framework under which both will operate. This Framework Agreement sets out the responsibilities of MHCLG, along with the responsibilities of our Board, Board Chair, Registrar and senior staff.
