Masters of Architecture in Architecture
Latest Accreditation Committee Decisions:
At its meeting of 08 June 2026, the Accreditation Committee agreed that the Master of Architecture (Two years, full time; Three years, part time; Three years apprenticeship) qualification has demonstrated compliance with all the Standards (1-6) of ARB’s Standards for Learning Providers in respect to transitioning to a Master’s-Level qualification.
All students starting the new course from 01 September 2025, will receive a Master of Architecture award aligning to the new ‘Academic Outcomes’ with ARB [Master’s Level] accreditation.
Continued accreditation of the qualification is dependent upon continuous compliance with all of the Standards.

At its meeting of 27 April 2026, the Accreditation Committee agreed following the Provider’s Regular Review (March 2026) that the following additional conditions be required by the Master of Architecture (Two years, full time; Three years, part time; Three years apprenticeship) accredited qualification. See below
Accreditation: From 01 September 2025
Annual Monitoring Submission Date: By 28 February
Last Review: 2025/26
Next Review: Regular Review due in2028/29
Additional Conditions of Accreditation: Agreed 27 April 2027
- Submit the External Examiner reports and signed ARB confirmation statements on their receipt, rather than wait to submit these with the provider’s annual submission, which is due on 28 February each year.
- To confirm the details (name and submission of external examiner nominations forms and CVs) of the full complement of External Examiners for the Master of Architecture qualification from the start of the 2026/27 academic year. Explicit reference to the delivery of Standard 4 (and in particular Standard 4.3), with submission no later than 30 September 2026
