Jules Griffiths is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Management Institute.  She is a self-employed HR Consultant to charities and small businesses.

Her past employments include:
– “Expert by Experience” with the Care Quality Commission
– Head of HR/Organisational Development, Citizens Advice
– Programme Manager, Transforming HR, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs
– Member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Institute for Learning
– Assessor and Exercise Developer, Civil Service Selection Board

As well as being a Magistrate in north London, she sits as a member of Central London Employment Tribunal, the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal, and the Disciplinary Tribunal Panel of the Institute of Actuaries.  She has also previously acted as  Chair of CIMA’s Disciplinary Appeal Committee.
