John Morgan

ARB Examiner

John Morgan’s career intersects the experiences of an architect, urbanist and educator. As an ARB examiner, he draws on a range of relevant areas of knowledge and experience. This includes teaching and curriculum development, which was gained during the past decade of working full-time in architectural education.

Further, throughout the past three decades, he has maintained full registration as an architect with ARB, and RIBA Chartered Membership. John’s academic qualifications includes degrees in architecture from the University of Waterloo, Canada (equivalent to ARB Parts 1+2) and an MSc in urbanism from the Cities Programme, London School of Economics.

After serving as Assistant Professor, and latterly Course Director of the prescribed MArch Architecture (ARB/ RIBA Part 2) course at the University of Nottingham, he has recently made the decision to shift his professional focus towards design and making live projects through a return to private practice.
