Updating your contact details
It is important that we hold accurate and up-to-date records of all architects on our Register. Many removals from the Register occur simply because we have been corresponding with an out of date address. This is entirely avoidable.
If your business contact details change (address, email, phone number) you can let us know through our online updating facility. You will need to enter the identification code which was printed on your 2013 retention fee invoice. If you don't have the invoice, get in touch with us and we can tell you what your code is. Alternatively, you can let us know about your change of details by letter, fax or email. We can't take this information over the telephone.
Should you change your name, either by marriage, civil partnership or deed poll, and that is the name you wish to use in practice, you will need to send us a copy of the official document. You can do this online or, if you prefer, you can notify us in writing by sending a copy of the official document to:
