We can only deal with complaints about a registered architect’s conduct or competence. Before completing this form, please make sure that the person you are complaining about is registered with ARB by using the Find an architect facility on our website.
We can’t look at complaints about people who aren’t architects, but we can take action if they have been describing themselves as one in business or practice. For more information about this, please see the section on Use of the title “architect” by clicking on the link on the left.
